Seven claims have been received and investigated by the City Attorney’s Office and/or the Risk Manager with the involved departments.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Deny the following claims and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster:

1. Claim from Stuart L. Lovi for reimbursement of related fees for illegal parking.
2. Claim for damages from Axel Estrada alleging property damage when a street sweeper struck Claimant’s vehicle.
3. Claim for damages from Jatinder Kaur alleging property damage to Claimant’svehicle when driving through a pothole.
4. Claim for damages from Izabella Vigo alleging property damage when a City tree branch fell on Claimant’s vehicle during a high wind event.
5. Claim for damages from Yesenia Gonzalez Ortega alleging personal injury when Claimant fell off a bike in Irvine Regional Park.
