Six claims have been received and investigated by the City Attorney’sOffice and/or the Risk Manager with the involved departments.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Deny the following claims and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster:

6. DISCUSSION AND BACKGROUND
1. Claim for damages from Nora Ochoa alleging property damage to vehicle when Claimant drove over a City roadwork sign that was blown over by high winds.
2. Claim for damages from D. Christine Collins alleging personal injury when Claimant tripped and fell on a raised concrete step.
3. Claim for damages from John Tseheridis alleging property damage to vehicle when Claimant drove over exposed water valves.
4. Claim for damages from Alannah Noel Angel alleging personal injury when Claimant attended an event in the unincorporated community of Silverado.
5. Claim for damages from Warren Muir and Terri Glover alleging property damage to residence due to a City sewer line backup.
