1. SUBJECT
Final Acceptance of Bid No. 21-22.17, Tustin Street, Katella Avenue & La Veta Avenue Water Quality Storm Drain Improvement Project; and authorization to file Notice of Completion.
2. SUMMARY
The City of Orange has entered into a contract with Beador Construction Company Inc, for the Tustin Street, Katella Avenue & La Veta Avenue Water Quality Storm Drain Improvement Project D-178. The work was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Tustin Street, Katella Avenue & La Veta Avenue Water Quality Storm Drain Improvement Project as complete; and authorize staff to file Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
