1. SUBJECT
Final Acceptance of Bid No. 22-23.08, Orange Library Facility Rehabilitation; and authorization to file Notice of Completion.
2. SUMMARY
The project improved the interior of the City of Orange library facilities with new carpet and paint along with other improvements at Main Library, Taft Branch Library, and El Modena Branch Library.
Painting & Décor, Inc. completed the work to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Orange Library Facility Rehabilitation as complete (SP-4231), and authorize staff to file Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
