1. SUBJECT
Final Acceptance of Modular Trailer Relocation for Transition to Continuum of Care Phase II; and authorization to file Notice of Completion.
2. SUMMARY
The project disassembled the former Fire Headquarter modular building, transported and reassembled at 517 West Struck Avenue. R. Jensen Co. Inc. completed the work to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Modular Trailer Relocation for Transition to Continuum of Care Phase II as complete, and authorize staff to file Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
