1. SUBJECT
Final Acceptance of Tot Lot Shade Sails Installation; and authorization to file Notice of Completion.
2. SUMMARY
The City entered into a contract with Shade Structures, Inc., dba USA Shade & Fabric Structures (Agreement No. 7318), for the installation of tot lot shade sails at Serrano, Fred Barrera, and El Modena Parks. The work has been completed to the satisfaction of the Community Services Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Tot Lot Shade Sails Installation as complete; and authorize staff to file Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
