1. SUBJECT
Accept resignation of Jonathan Trapesonian from the Planning Commission.
2. SUMMARY
Commissioner Trapesonian has notified the City Clerk that he will be moving and will no longer have his primary residence in the City of Orange. He submitted a letter of resignation effective February 24, 2023.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept the resignation of Commissioner Jonathan Trapesonian effective February 24, 2023, and direct the City Clerk to post a Notice of Vacancy pursuant to the Maddy Act.
