Chair Feliz called the meeting to order at 5:38 pm.

3. CONSENT CALENDAR
3.1. Approval of meeting minutes of the Traffic Commission of the City of Orange for the October 12, 2022, Regular Meeting.
ACTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Vaughan, seconded by Commissioner Dick, to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. The motion carried by the following vote:

4. CONSIDERATION ITEMS
Vice Chair Ricci recused himself due to a conflict with employment and left the dais at 5:47 p.m.
4.2. Removal of two -hour parking restriction on Waverly Street, in front of 942 E.
Chapman Avenue.
A motion was made by Chair Feliz, seconded by Commissioner Vaughan, to continue the item to a date uncertain. The motion carried by the following vote:

Commissioner Vaughan recused himself due to a conflict of interest and left the dias at 5:48 p.m.
4.3. Stop control at the intersection of Culver Avenue and Greengrove Street.
A motion was made by Commissioner Dick, seconded by Vice Chair Ricci, for the installation of a two -way stop control for east and westbound Culver Avenue at its intersection with GreenGrove Street. The motion carried by the following vote:

4.4. Stop control at the intersection of Everett Place and Maplewood Street.
