1. SUBJECT
Appointment of Mike Ludin to the Investment and Audit Committee.
2. SUMMARY
With the adoption of Resolution No. 11432 at the February 14, 2023, City Council meeting, the number of members of each specified City Board, Commission, and Committee was increased to seven members to commensurate with the recent increase in City Council membership to seven. As a result of this increase, the Investment and Audit Committee has one vacancy left to fill.
A Notice of Vacancy was posted for newly created positions on February 15, 2023, in accordance with the Maddy Act, Government Code Section 54974.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Confirm Mayor Slater’s recommendation to appoint Mike Ludin to the Investment and Audit Committee for a two-year term ending on June 30, 2025.
