Second Reading and adoption of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange adding Chapter 1.10 to the Orange Municipal Code relating to administrative citations. Ordinance No. 04-23.
2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on March 28, 2023.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Barrios, Tavoularis, Bilodeau Gutierrez, Gyllenhammer, Slater
NOES: Dumitru
ABSENT: None
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
