1. SUBJECT
Authorize the increase of purchase order for rescue ambulance gurney service and repair from Stryker Medical.
2. SUMMARY
Stryker Medical provides rescue ambulance gurney service and repair, which are used on all emergency transports. The costs of these services have exceeded the original budgeted amount.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Approve the increase of purchase order for rescue ambulance gurney service and repair for $15,000 from Stryker Medical.
4. FISCAL IMPACT
The total expenditure for this purchase is $15,000 and will be funded through General Fund (100).

6. DISCUSSION AND BACKGROUND
Stryker Medial provides rescue ambulance gurney service and repair for the Fire Department. The original purchase order created for Stryker Medical for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 was $17,000. The expenditures have exceeded this amount and an increase is necessary to fulfill our obligations for Fiscal Year 2022-2023.
