Second Reading and adoption of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange amending Chapter 3.08 of the Orange Municipal Code to update Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act references to conform to current law. Ordinance No. 05-23
2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on April 11, 2023.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Barrios, Dumitru, Tavoularis, Bilodeau Gutierrez, Slater
NOES: None
ABSENT: Gyllenhammer
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Adopt Ordinance No. 05-23.
