The City Council of the City of Orange, California convened on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. for an Adjourned Regular Meeting in the Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California.
11:30 AM CLOSED SESSION
1. OPENING/CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Slater called the meeting to order at 11:31 a.m.
1.1 ROLL CALL
Present: Barrios, Dumitru, Tavoularis, Gutierrez, Bilodeau, Gyllenhammer, and Slater
Absent: None
Councilmember Bilodeau joined the meeting at 11:33 a.m. Mayor pro tem Barrios joined the meeting at 11:55 a.m.
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
None
3. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
The City Council recessed to Closed Session at 11:32 a.m. with all Members present, except Councilmember Bilodeau who joined Closed Session at 11:33 a.m. and Mayor pro tem Barrios who joined Closed Session at 11:55 a.m., to discuss the following:
a. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)1.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:35 p.m.
