2. Claim for damages from AAA a/s/o Rally Velasco alleging property damage to insured’s vehicle due to a traffic collision occurring in Laguna Niguel.

4. Claim for damages from Melbi Perez alleging personal injury when Claimant slipped and fell on artificial turf located on the Selman Chevrolet dealership lot.
5. Claim for damages from Maria J. Antu alleging property damage to vehicle when Claimant drove over a rock on the road.

9. Claim for damages from Isabel (Green) Lancaster alleging personal injury when Claimant tripped and fell on an uneven sidewalk and for property damage to residence sewer line and brick wall due to City tree roots.
10. Claim for damages from Brian Galliher alleging property damage to vehicle when Claimant drove through a pothole.
11. Claim for damages from Dena Nguyen alleging property damage to sewer line due to City tree roots.
12. Claim for damages from Ruben Orgaz alleging personal injury and failure to investigate for an incident occurring in Anaheim.
13. Claim for damages from Angelette R. Joseph alleging property damage to vehicle tire when Claimant drove through a pothole on the 55 Fwy.
