1. SUBJECT
Final Acceptance of Bid No. 22-23.09, Annual Concrete Replacement at Various Locations, Phase I; and authorization to file Notice of Completion.
2. SUMMARY
The project replaced sidewalk, curb and gutter, and grinded sidewalk displacements at various locations throughout the City. Towo Enterprise, Inc. completed the work to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Annual Concrete Replacement at Various Locations, Phase I Project as complete, and authorize staff to file Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
