Six claims have been received and investigated by the City Attorney’sOffice and/or the Risk Manager with the involved departments.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Deny the following claims and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster:

1. Claim for damages from Gordon Fraser alleging property damage to vehicle tires when Claimant drove over an uneven road.
2. Claim for damages from Alicia Diaz alleging property damage to vehicle tire when Claimant drove through a pothole.
3. Claim for damages from Joseph Lawrence Baca alleging property damage to motorcycle when Claimant drove over an uneven road.
4. Claim for damages from Viola Mounir Bishara Yacoub alleging lack of investigation by the City pertaining to landlord matters.
5. Claim for damages from Beata Russo alleging property damage to vehicle tires when Claimant drove through a pothole on the 55 freeway.
