1. SUBJECT
Final Acceptance of El Modena and Serrano Parks Tot Lot Resurfacing; and authorization to file Notice of Completion.
2. SUMMARY
The City entered into a contract with Robertson Industries, Inc. (AGR-7471), to furnish and install new IPEMA Certified poured in place rubberized safety surfacing at El Modena Park tot lot and to furnish and install a 1.5”re-top over existing poured in place tot lot surface at Serrano Park. The work has been completed to the satisfaction of the Community Services Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept El Modena and Serrano Parks Tot Lot Resurfacing as complete, and authorize staff to file Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
