2. SUMMARY
Four claims have been received and investigated by the City Attorney’s Office and/or the Risk Manager with the involved departments.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Deny the following claims and refer to City Attorney and Claims Adjuster:
1. Michael G. Arden
2. Terry D. Anderson
3. Javier Flores Ortega
4. Kelley Wise

6. DISCUSSION AND BACKGROUND
1. Claim for damages from Michael G. Arden alleging property damage to vehicle when Claimant drove through a pothole.
2. Claim for damages from Terry D. Anderson alleging property damage to sprinkler system due to City sidewalk repair.
3. Claim for damages from Javier Flores Ortega alleging personal injury and property damage due to a traffic collision with a City vehicle.
4. Claim for damages from Kelley Wise alleging property damage to vehicle when Claimant was involved in a traffic collision due to overgrown City bushes.
