1. SUBJECT
Final Acceptance of Carpet Replacement Project at City Hall and Orange Police Department; and authorization to file Notice of Completion.
2. SUMMARY
The project consisted of replacing carpet at City Hall in the Public Works Department administration offices, in the Community Development Department, and at the Police Department Headquarters in the Detectives, Special Investigations Unit, and Records divisions. The City entered into a contract with Commercial Interior Resources, Inc. The work was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept the Carpet Replacement Project at City Hall Public Works and Community Development Departments and Police Department as complete, and authorize staff to file Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
