1. SUBJECT
Second Reading and adoption of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange adding Chapter 2.62 to Title 2 of the Orange Municipal Code (Administration and Personnel) establishing a new Commission regarding Santiago Creek. Ordinance No. 13-23.
2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on September 26, 2023.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Barrios, Dumitru, Tavoularis, Bilodeau Gutierrez, Slater
NOES: None
ABSENT: Gyllenhammer
