Public Hearing to consider introduction and First Reading of an ordinance adding Chapter 8.38 of Title 8 ("Health and Safety") to the Orange Municipal Code relating to the registration and monitoring of vacant properties and adoption of a resolution setting the amount of fees for registration, monitoring and appeals.
2. SUMMARY
Staff is requesting to continue this item to October 24, 2023.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Continue to the October 24, 2023, Regular City Council meeting.
