1. SUBJECT
Final Acceptance of Belmont and La Veta Parks Shade Structures; and authorization to file Notice of Completion.
2. SUMMARY
The City entered into a contract with Shade Structures, Inc., dba USA Shade & Fabric Structures (Agreement No. 7467), for the installation of tot lot shade sails at Belmont and La Veta Parks. The work has been completed to the satisfaction of the Community Services Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Belmont and La Veta Parks Shade Structures as complete, and authorize staff to file Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
