1. SUBJECT
Final Acceptance of Garage Door Replacement at the Corporation Yard and Fire Stations 3, 5, and 6; and authorization to file Notice of Completion.
2. SUMMARY
The replacement of the garage doors at the Corporation Yard and Fire Stations 3, 5, and 6 has been completed successfully, with the upgraded doors improving functionality and security at these essential facilities. The City entered a contract with South Coast Industrial Doors Inc., and they completed the work to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Garage Door Replacement at the Corporation Yard and Fire Stations 3, 5, and 6 (Bid No. 22-
23.31, SP-4249) as complete; and authorize staff to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
