1. SUBJECT
Notice of Completion and Acceptance for the Santiago Canyon Road - Newport Boulevard to Jamboree Road project; Bid No. 22-23.16 (SP-4201).
2. SUMMARY
The project included the rehabilitation of arterial streets including, but not limited to: traffic control, sidewalk access ramps, localized asphalt concrete repair, pavement grinding and overlaying, traffic detector loops, pavement striping, legends and raised pavement markers, including all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for completion of the work. The City of Orange entered into a contract with All American Asphalt. The work was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Accept Santiago Canyon Road - Newport Boulevard to Jamboree Road project as complete.
2. Authorize the City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
