1. SUBJECT
Consider establishing a City Council budget ad hoc committee.
2. SUMMARY
Ad hoc committees act as a temporary committee created by Council action and established for a definite period of time sufficient to address a specified scope of work. They meet when necessary and are not subject to the Brown Act.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
With Council concurrence, establish a budget ad hoc committee comprised of two or three members of the City Council to review the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget until the budget is adopted or July 1, 2024, whichever comes first.
