Project: Well 9 New VFD and Installation Proposal
Tess Electric is pleased to provide the following proposal to provide and install [1] new 250HP 460V Toshiba VFAS3-4132KPC. The drive assembly includes a NEMA 1/12 floor standing enclosure with a 400A main breaker disconnect. Control logic will be like the existing soft starter control cabinet.
The drive is rated for 250HP, 460V.
Included with the pump control cabinet installation is the following scope of work:
• Tess Electric is to demo existing pump control cabinet and Edison meter section (others to dispose)
• The new pump control panel shall be installed where the current meter section is located. A new 3" EMT conduit shall be run from the PCP to a new junction box where the existing motor leads exit the building.
• New motor leads shall be pulled and landed on power termination blocks inside the new junction box to provide power to the motor.
• Tess Electric shall work with the water district in coordination when the new Edison meter will • be installed out side of the building. This will minimize downtime of the well site. • Start up and training shall be provided once all the gear is in place and connected.
