You don't often get emal from Learn why this is important Hi, to whom it may concern,
My name is Alan Van, as a former resident of city Orange. I really like to see the project 48 single family homes get approved in the city where I lived for a decade and have worked in this city since 1984. City Orange means a lot to me and it is more like a hometown too.

If this project gets a green light from the city, I'm very positively sure it will be a win-win situation. It would be delightful and horner from such a good developer "Intracorp", and it will also bring good business, job opportunities, profits to my dear hometown City of Orange. And not to mention that also helps those young families start their dream home here in Orange as well.

Please make that happen and I'm looking forward to seeing these beautiful single family homes being built in the very near future.

Sincerely yours
Alan Van

Mayor Slater and City Council,
I am sending this letter to show my support for the revitalization of 901 E. Katella from an abandoned, blighted commercial building into 48 homes for families in Orange. As the first development to proceed under the City's Small Lot Ordinance, this project serves as an opportunity for our leaders in Orange to demonstrate what building in this City can look like.

The City of Orange desperately needs new housing. We have all had friends and family members move out of Orange County due to lack of homes driving costs up too high for too many people. We should be tackling this issue head-on and working to bring a new supply of homes in a way that grows the community. Their proposed development is not going through builder's remedy as others have.

This is a thoughtful, beautifully designed, code compliant project with a builder that has been working with the City for over two years. Do not let the opportunity to build this project slip between your fingers.

Let's get rid of the eyesore and safety hazard that exists today. Let's bring much needed housing diversification to the area. Let's provide opportunities for younger generations to live close to where they grew up and start their own families.

Please continue do the right thing for the future of the City and vote "YES" on this development. Thank you for your service.

Regards,
Monique Schwartz

Intracorp has a great reputation in the building industry, and the principals are locals who have been successfully building in the City of Orange for at least 20 years.

Please vote "YES" on this development.
