1. SUBJECT
Notice of Completion and Acceptance for the Fence Installation at Riverdale Avenue from Orange Olive Rd. to approximately 2,000 linear feet west of Orange Olive Rd. (Sourcewell Contract #CA-R8- GB01-123021-HCC, SP-4275).
2. SUMMARY
The project installed approximately 2,000 liner feet of new fencing along Riverdale Avenue. The City had entered a contract with Horizon Construction Company International, Inc. for this work, and they have completed it to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Accept Fence Installation at Riverdale Avenue from Orange Olive Rd. to approximately 2,000 Linear Feet west of Orange Olive Rd. (Sourcewell Contract #CA-R8-GB01-123021-HCC), as complete.
2. Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk- Recorder’s Office.
