Re: Delegated Authority to Determine Whether and Development Application is Complete
This memo memorializes that I have delegated my authority under OMC Section
17.08.030(E) to determine whether a development application is complete to all planners in the Community Development Department assigned to review applications, including planning technician(s), assistant planners), associate planners), senior planners), principal planners), and the Assistant Community Development Director. As such, the following employees have been delegated authority and shall act at designees: Arlen Beck, Michael O'Toole, Ani Mnatsakanyan, Ryan Agbayani, Robert Garcia, Monique Schwartz, Chad Ortlieb, Angelo Huang, and Anna Pehoushek.
