Notice of Completion and Acceptance for Water Division Bin Storage Cover Project; Bid No. 22-
23.24. 2. SUMMARY
The City of Orange entered into a contract with U.S. Builders and Consultants, Inc. for the construction of the Public Works Department Water Division Bin Storage Cover. The scope of work consisted of demolition of existing bin storage structure and construction of new concrete wall and slab with metal frame, roof, and gutter. The project was completed in May 2024 to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Accept the Water Division Bin Storage Cover Project as complete.
2. Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
