Second Reading and adoption of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange approving Zone Change No. 1307-22 to change the Zoning Classification from Commercial Professional (C-P) to Residential Multiple Family (R-3) on a 2.71-acre site located at 901 E Katella Avenue. Ordinance No. 13-24
2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on May 28, 2024.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Barrios, Dumitru, Tavoularis, Bilodeau, Gyllenhammer, Slater
NOES: None
ABSENT: Gutierrez
