Second Reading and adoption of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange deleting Chapter 10.30 of the Orange Municipal Code (Parking Requirements) and adopting a new Chapter
10.30. Ordinance No. 12-24.
2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on June 11, 2024.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Dumitru, Tavoularis, Gutierrez, Gyllenhammer, Slater
NOES: Bilodeau
ABSENT: Barrios
