NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF THE 2024 EDITION OF “STANDARD
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION" (GREENBOOK) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will hold a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City of Orange Council Chamber, 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, California, to consider adoption of Ordinance No. 21-24:
SUBJECT:An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange amending Chapter 12.02 of the Orange Municipal Code to adopt the 2024 Edition of the “Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.”
A copy of the primary code and the secondary codes are on file with the City of Orange City Clerk, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, and are open to public inspection. The full text of the Ordinance has been posted in the City Clerk’s Office as of July 24, 2024.
All interested persons may be heard on any relevant matter relating to the proposed action by attending the public hearing in person; or by submitting written comments as set forth in the August 13, 2024, City Council agenda.
