1. SUBJECT
Second Reading and adoption of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange approving Zone Change No. 1313-24 re-zoning Public School sites to the Public Institution Zoning Classification to establish consistency with the Public Facilities and Institutions General Plan Land Use Designation of the Public School Sites in accordance with State law. Ordinance No. 14-24.
2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on July 23, 2024.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Barrios, Dumitru, Tavoularis, Gyllenhammer, Slater
NOES: None
ABSENT: Bilodeau, Gutierrez
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Adopt Ordinance No. 14-24.
