At this time, staff is seeking direction from Council on the reinstatement of Treats for 2024. If the event is reinstated, staff recommends the City Council appropriate the remaining unbudgeted balance of the event costs in the amount of $53,644 in addition to the already budgeted $14,141.

Staff will continue to evaluate opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining event safety. Any unused funds will be returned to the General Fund
