Confirmation of warrant registers dated August 1, 6, 8, 15, 20, 22, and 29, 2024.
2. SUMMARY
The warrant writings for the above listed dates are submitted for approval by the City Council. In addition to the typical weekly warrant registers, August includes two extra warrant registers due to the fiscal year-end process. These additional check runs are specifically for invoices that need to be accrued back to the prior fiscal year, ensuring proper accounting and financial reporting.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Approve as presented.
