1. SUBJECT
Notice of Completion and Acceptance for Community Development Block Grant Fiscal Year 2023- 2024 Grand Street Neighborhood Street Rehabilitation Project; Bid No. 23-24.26 (SP-4264).
2. SUMMARY
The City of Orange entered into a contract with R.J. Noble Company for the Community Development Block Grant Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Grand Street Neighborhood Street Rehabilitation Project from Collins Avenue to Wilson Avenue. The rehabilitation consisted of removal and reconstruction of severely damaged pavement sections, grinding, and overlaying the rest of the roadway. The work was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Accept Community Development Block Grant Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Grand Street Neighborhood Street Rehabilitation Project as complete.
2. Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
