The Traffic Commission of the City of Orange, California convened on October 9, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California.
1. OPENING/CALL TO ORDER
Chair Feliz called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
1.1 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Commissioner Joseph Barbeito led the flag salute.
1.2 ROLL CALL
Present: Ricci, Barbeito, Jurjis, Chavarria, and Feliz
Absent: Hamilton, and Tran
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
3.1. Approval of minutes of the City of Orange Traffic Commission Regular Meeting held on August 14, 2024.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Ricci, seconded by Commissioner Chavarria, to approve minutes as presented. The motion carried by the following vote:

4. NEW BUSINESS
4.1. Request for Permit Parking on both sides of E. Fairway Drive, from S. Cambridge Street to S. Tustin Street; both sides of E. Young Circle, south of E. Fairway Drive; and both side of E. Greenview Drive, south of E. Fairway Drive.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Ricci, seconded by Commissioner Barbeito, to: 1) Approve the implementation of permit parking on both sides of E. Fairway Drive, from S. Cambridge Street to S. Tustin Street. 2) Approve the implementation of permit parking on both sides of E. Young Circle, south of E. Fairway Drive. 3) Approve the implementation of permit parking on both sides of E. Greenview Drive, south of Fairway Drive. 4) Forward to the City Council for final action. The motion carried by the following vote:

Cleveland Street. 2) Forward to the City Council for final action. The motion carried by the following vote:
