1. SUBJECT
Appointments to the Investment Advisory Committee. (Continued from February 25, 2025)
2. SUMMARY
With the adoption of Ordinance No. 03-24 and Resolution No. 11536 (adopted on March 12, 2024, and April 9, 2024, respectively), the Investment Advisory Committee was reinstated.
Resolution No. 11536 established the Committee’s qualifications for appointment including the number of representatives and terms. The newly reinstated Investment Advisory Committee shall consist of seven voting members with a term of two years. The City Treasurer and Finance Director (or their designee) shall serve as advisory non-voting members.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Confirm Mayor Slater’srecommendation to appoint: Brian Beelner, Mark Mittmann, Paul Mittmann, Jordan Prell, and Richard Madrigal to the Investment Advisory Committee for two-year terms respectively ending June 30, 2027.
