GRANT OF EASEMENT
CITY OF ORANGE, a municipal corporation of the County of Orange, State of California, (Grantor), hereby grants to Southern Calitornia Gas Company, A Calitornia Corporation, its successors and assigns to (Grantee), a non-exclusive easement to construct, maintain, operate, add o, extend, one or more pipelines, together with metering, and other appurtenances (all hereinafte eferred to as the "Facilities") for the distribution of natural gas, with the reasonable right of ingres and egress to the Facilities located in the County of Orange, in the State of California, described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B" attached hereto, and made a part of this agreement.
