RE: Letter of Intent (LOI)
Treats in the Street Event
Dear Mr. Kisela,
On behalf of the Orange International Street Fair, Inc. I am writing to officially express our intent to act as the Managing Organization for Treats in the Street. As a longstanding, community-oriented organization dedicated to fostering community enrichment, OISF possesses extensive experience in overseeing and managing this cherished special event.
This event aligns with our mission of community involvement and public service. We are enthusiastic about supporting this valued community event, which we believe plays a crucial role in promoting local engagement and celebrating our community.
As the Managing Organization, OISF will assume responsibility for Treats in the Street and oversee the various aspects of the event’s planning and execution, ensuring that it aligns with our goals and the high standards of the City of Orange. OISF will contract with the City of Orange to provide the necessary support services for the event, including public works and public safety management.
Following the acceptance of this LOI, OISF requests a formal three-year production agreement with the City of Orange, similar to the agreement OISF has for the production of the Orange International Street Fair. OISF wants to clarify that there is no intent to serve alcohol during this event.
Please let us know if there are any additional details or requirements needed from our organization to facilitate the process. We are dedicated to collaborating closely with your office to ensure a successful and memorable event for everyone involved. Thank you for considering our participation.
