1. SUBJECT
Notice of Completion and Acceptance for City of Orange Corporation Yard Renovation Project - Phase 1A, Bid No. 23-24.23 (SP-4163).
2. SUMMARY
The City of Orange entered a contract with Monet Construction, Inc, for the Corporation Yard Renovation Project - Phase 1A. The project included building a storage facility for Police evidence, surface water quality improvements, lighting, and a perimeter block wall. The work was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Accept the City of Orange Corporation Yard Renovation Project - Phase 1A as complete.
2. Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
