The City Council of the City of Orange, California convened on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. for an Adjourned Special Meeting in the Council Chamber, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange, California.
1. OPENING/CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Slater called the meeting to order at 11:01 a.m.
1.1 ROLL CALL
Present: Bilodeau, Barrios, Dumitru, Gutierrez, Tavoularis, Gyllenhammer, and Slater
Absent: None
Councilmember Tavoularis joined the meeting at 11:02 a.m. Councilmember Gutierrez joined the meeting at 11:05 a.m. Mayor pro tem Bilodeau joined the meeting at 11:20 a.m.
2. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
The City Council recessed to Closed Session at 11:01p.m. with all Members present, except Councilmember Tavoularis who joined Closed Session at 11:02 a.m., Councilmember Gutierrez who joined Closed Session at 11:05 am., and Mayor pro tem Bilodeau who joined Closed Session at 11:20 a.m., to discuss the following item continued from May 18, 2025 (pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2):
PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)1

Councilmember Gyllenhammer left the meeting at 4:15 p.m.
