1. SUBJECT
Second Reading and adoption of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange amending Chapter 8.13.130 Subsection A of the Orange Municipal Code relating to the prohibition of Safe and Sane Fireworks in certain areas of the City. Ordinance No. 04-25.
2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on May 13, 2025.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Bilodeau, Barrios, Tavoularis, Gutierrez, Slater NOES: None
ABSENT: Dumitru, Gyllenhammer
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Adopt Ordinance No. 04-25.
