1. SUBJECT
Second Reading and adoption of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange amending various sections in Title 13 of the orange Municipal Code to update references to conform with current law and code provisions. Ordinance No. 10-25.
2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on June 10, 2025.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Bilodeau, Barrios, Dumitru, Tavoularis, Gutierrez, Gyllenhammer, Slater
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Adopt Ordinance No. 10-25.
