Notice of Completion and Acceptance for Community Development Block Grant Fiscal Year 2024- 2025 Americans with Disabilities Act Wheelchair Access Ramp Replacement project, Bid No. 24-
25.15 (SP-4295).
2. SUMMARY
The project included the replacement of 10 wheelchair access ramps throughout the City of Orange.
The City of Orange entered into a contract with CT&T Concrete Paving Inc. The work was completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Accept the Community Development Block Grant Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Americans with Disabilities Act Wheelchair Access Ramp Replacement project as complete.
2. Authorize City Clerk to file Notice of Completion with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
