We appreciate your selection of ZOLL
® products. This letter serves as confirmation that
ZOLL Medical Corporation at 269 Mill Road in Chelmsford, Massachusetts (“ZOLL”), is the sole manufacturer and authorized source of ZOLL AED Plus®, ZOLL AED Pro® and ZOLL AED3® defibrillators, including service and warranty, for the Emergency Medical Services (“EMS”) market. ZOLL does not sell ZOLL AED ZOLL Plus®, ZOLL AED Pro® or ZOLL AED3® BLS defibrillators to Orange City Fire Department through any other vendor or dealer, and no vendor or dealer is authorized to provide ZOLL warranties or services for these AED defibrillators.
While there are distributors that sell certain products into other healthcare channels, the nature of all ZOLL’s distribution agreements limit said distributors to their respective sales channels. The terms and conditions do not allow for sale into the EMS marketplace.
