1. SUBJECT
Second Reading and adoption of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange amending Title 17 of the Orange Municipal Code to comply with the Employee Housing Act (Health and Safety Code Sections 17000-17062.5) regarding farmworker and employee housing. Ordinance No. 14-25.
2. SUMMARY
The Introduction and First Reading of the above-entitled Ordinance was approved at a Regular Council Meeting on September 9, 2025.
The Ordinance is now presented for Second Reading by title only, and adoption.
Vote at First Reading: AYES: Bilodeau, Barrios, Dumitru, Tavoularis, Gutierrez, Gyllenhammer, Slater
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Adopt Ordinance No. 14-25.
