POTENTIAL CHANGES TO
RESOLUTION NO. 11597
1. Reducing the maximum number of permits from 12 to 8(Section 3)
2. Moving the application process back to January with the lottery held in February or March (Section 3.B)
3. Extending the permit to two year (Not defined the OMC or Resolution).
4. Prohibiting Qualified Organizations from participating in the lottery for one year after having received a Safe and Sane Firework permit(Not defined in the OMC or Resolution).
5. Removing the affiliated organizations requirement (Section 3.E).
