Quitclaim of Fire Access Easement at 500 West Collins Avenue
2. SUMMARY
Quitclaim of fire access easement at 500 West Collins Avenue. The proposed project has been canceled, and the easement is no longer required as the existing building will remain.
3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
Authorize the Mayor to execute a Quitclaim Deed of the fire access easement to 500 Collins, Inc.

6. DISCUSSION AND BACKGROUND
The property owner at 500 West Collins Avenue has canceled the project and requested the recorded fire access easement to be quitclaimed.
Staff recommends approval of the Quitclaim Deed of the fire access easement to 500 Collins, Inc. at 500 West Collins Avenue.
